01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoKul ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who register and use the platform.

AutoKul is owned and operated by Atiqul Islam.

02 Description of Service

AutoKul is an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to:

• Connect their WhatsApp number to an AI chatbot that automatically responds to customer messages
• Connect their Facebook Page to an AI chatbot for Messenger automation
• Configure custom AI system prompts tailored to their business
• Monitor conversations through a web dashboard

The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with message limits depending on the selected plan.

03 Account Registration

To use AutoKul, you must:

• Register at autokul.online/register.html with a valid username and email
• Submit your username to AutoKul admin via WhatsApp for subscription activation
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. AutoKul reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

04 Subscription & Payments

AutoKul offers the following monthly plans:

• Starter Plan: 499 BDT — 1,500 messages per month
• Growth Plan: 999 BDT — 4,000 messages per month

Payment terms:

• Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket (Send Money only) to the number provided by AutoKul admin
• Subscriptions are activated manually after payment verification
• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of activation
• Unused messages do not carry over to the next month
• AutoKul does not offer refunds once a subscription is activated and in use

05 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AutoKul for:

• Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• Distributing illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
• Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reselling or sublicensing AutoKul services without written permission
• Any activity that violates Meta's or WhatsApp's terms of service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

06 Facebook & Meta Platform Policy

When using AutoKul's Facebook integration, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
• Only use the integration for your own Facebook Pages
• Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages to Facebook users
• Accept responsibility for all content sent through your connected Facebook Page

AutoKul may suspend Facebook integration access if Meta reports violations associated with your account.

07 WhatsApp Usage Policy

AutoKul connects to WhatsApp using your personal or business WhatsApp number. You acknowledge that:

• Use of automated messaging tools may be against WhatsApp's Terms of Service in some contexts
• AutoKul is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's policies
• AutoKul is not liable for any account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp on your number

08 AI-Generated Content

AutoKul uses third-party AI providers (such as Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are based on the system prompt you configure
• AutoKul does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI responses
• You are responsible for reviewing and configuring appropriate system prompts for your business
• AutoKul is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content sent to your customers

09 Message Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly message limit. When the limit is reached:

• The AI bot will stop responding to new messages automatically
• You will need to purchase a new subscription to resume service
• Message counts are tracked per calendar month from activation date
• AutoKul is not responsible for missed customer messages after the limit is reached

10 Termination

AutoKul reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Your subscription expires and is not renewed

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoKul and its owner Atiqul Islam shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits due to service interruptions
• Actions taken by third-party AI providers or social media platforms
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

12 Modifications

AutoKul reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
